Chi phi is not top tier. Until they start consistently mixing w phi kappa and Tridelt they’re upper mid. I guess you could say the same about Asig too but at least they pregame with the lower top sororities and you can’t say the same about chi phi. If chi phi lands a Sk/Achio or something for a PGP, then and only then will they officially be top tier, and I think that’s the best way to do the cut off.
