First off, undergrad "business" degrees are a laughing stock. Ross is a marketing school ... marketing is for Big Ten sorority girls. Economics at both NU and Brown is highly respected and makes you a peer. Nobody is impressed with a Ross BBA. Sure, you will make solid money after graduation but NU and Brown kids get any prime gig they want. And when the NU and Brown kids want to go get an MBA or JD, they'll get into a better program.
