If MC classes are so small, why sororities considered at capacity and very few did/doing COB? My best friend goes to Syracuse which is about 1/2 the size of Maryland and the MC classes are in the 60s. I realize this year had less than 500 girls going through rush, but does that mean each sorority has to max around 30, and no one can take more as long as some sororities aren't at quota?
