Legacies usually are required to be kept a certain amount of rounds. It is different for each sorority but each has a national legacy policy that must be followed. For most it is just at least until round 2 some in cases it’s round 3. Most groups also are required to call the person you are the legacy of if they plan to drop you for any reason. My chapter generally doesn’t drop a legacy at all unless she’s SUPER weird or rude or is a serious grade or reputation risk. Call me sappy and sentimental, but there’s something nice about being a part of something your mom/sister/grandma was a part of.
