DPHIE is bottom tier, anyone rushing them should know they actively deleted ranks about sisters of colour who felt they were not heard and mean girls who run the chapter both as actives and as advisors have literally made it extremely toxic. I hope to God none of you join them like my friends did, they had a horrible experience and you shouldn’t waste your time on an org like them. Rush AOII rush literally anywhere else!!
