Does anyone else not understand Pi Phi? I guess they're ranked fairly high and they have events with a lot of good frats but the girls don't reflect that standing. Not only do they have a bad reputation for being major party girls but especially in recent years, their pledge classes are ROUGH and the girls are mean. Can anyone explain to me why they aren't ranked much lower?
