UCLA is a public school with the same size endowment as USC, a private school. The only reason USC is taking bribes is bc they’re broke compared to the elite schools they want to be like. Harvard/ Princeton/ MIT and a bunch of schools that dwarf USC in terms of prestige weren’t caught taking bribes and USC was.
