SAE- One of the most solid fraternities on the row for sure. They may be on social probation for another quarter but its not a big deal at all. They'll be off in the winter and they'll be even better then before. Chill guys, great house and killer parties. Sororities love them, especially KKG. Personally Id rush them over ZBT but they're both great. ZBT- A cool house sprinkled with some athletes and some goobers in the recent pledge classes. Just got off social probation so they'll be raging in the Fall for sure. Old president got booted for the I'm Shmacked video. Still, a really promising house and they'll be great in the fall. Shares a top spot with SAE for sure and will definitely get better.
