Kappa is more politically correct in their recruitment conversation. Alpha Phi is more real. Both get tons of frat invites and have beautiful women. Alpha Phi is more involved on campus with several cheerleader/song girls - for instance. Don't limit yourself to these two. They have the highest rush return stats - meaning they are the most selective sororities. There are a lot of great groups at UCLA. Give all of them a chance. You might surprise yourself which group you pledge in the end.
