But that's for cases of an amazing PNM with top notch grades and personality and connections. Recs can help girls stay longer on the list if they may not be the perfect candidate. And hopefully gives them more time to impress the chapter. Ladies, if you plan to rush in 2015, get recs. Find your local panhellenic and start networking. Ask your moms, aunts, neighbors and teachers. There are plenty of ladies that will be happy to help you.
