Yes sophomores and juniors can rush. Many fraternities take a good amount of sophomores, but the amount of juniors that rush/get bids is not very large. Sig Pi is rushing soon/if not now. TKE, Pike, KSig, Sig Chi, and Cal Phi will rush second week of winter quarter. There is a pre rush BBQ for those 5 at Cal Phi house tonight at 7:30 by the way.
