1. Pike 2/3. Sig Pi and Cal Phi (depending on who you’re talking to the ranking is different. Sig Pi is mainly popular with freshman and cal phi is mainly popular with juniors/seniors. Sophomores is an even split between the two. Usually most top tier sorority girls associate with pike and one of these two) 4. Sig Chi 5. Tke 6/7. ZBT and Kappa Sig (they’re essentially the same frat with similar quality of guys. Ksig had the edge on housing before this year but now that ZBT has OTR they’re about even) The other frats have either already disbanded (theta chi/ATO) or likely will within the next year (phi delt. They’re still a colony and there’s no chance they’re getting any pledges under this year’s rush circumstances. Theta chi and ATO knew this which is why they dechartered). Honestly any of the remaining frats are decent options as they all have at least a couple good houses and (at least in normal times) throw parties and mixers regularly, so pick the one you like the guys in the most above anything.
