SAE's house is really nice....but SAE is gone I think Phi Psi has the most square footage. Pike has the most bedrooms. Phi Delt has a sick basement. Kappa Sig has a really small house. The Sig Chi house is pretty nice overall. But, I don't think there really is a correct answer to your question.
