I was thinking of rushing a sorority next semester, and was wondering what DEI is? Is this going to help minorities like me get a bid from a house? And will all the chapters (including top houses) make an effort to make their PC more diverse? Idk if this info. helps, but not only am I a poc, but I'm also a junior transfer. I basically have all the disadvantages you can think of when it comes to panhellenic rush. Should I be worried when rushing in the Spring?
