Technically all houses have hot girls (yes, even AXO and Gphi) so by the "They have hot girls" logic, every house should be top. The real answer is that Theta and Aphi have different vibes. No problem with that, if all houses were the same then this would be pretty boring. The thing is that it seems most people prefer Theta for whatever reason. If you're lucky enough to have the option to choose between them, go with whichever one feels better. If you're still stuck, flip a coin. If you're happy with the result? There ya go. If you want to flip again, take the other. (Not sure if that makes any sense). Although this site makes it sound like being top tier is the hugest thing that will happen in your life, the differences between Theta and Aphi aren't huge and you will have a great time in either.
