If you have bad blood you are not getting in. In most cases anyway. Typically, the person you have beef with can report it to the leadership/standards team in their chapter and they can measure if it’s a legitimate reason or not. But if a sister is really uncomfortable with you joining, it’s obviously going to be her over you, and you can get blacklisted for it.
