okay so I joined this year in my final year of university and honestly I'd say go to recruitment just to feel it out and say you did, but I don't think it'll be very enjoyable for you. I feel so old in comparison to my pledge class (like one of the people above said it's mostly 18-19 year olds in first/second year of university). Their mindset is just very different from the mindset you have when you're older and in your final years. No one is judging you for taking longer with your degree, its not about that, its just being in greek makes you feel older than you actually are because everyone around you is so young. Which as a result, makes you feel disconnected from those around you regardless of which sorority you choose. Go through recruitment, if you have an open mind and you're willing to accept that the events/parties might feel a little uncomfortable for you at times then theres no harm in giving it a shot!
