Things have changed a lot the past few years. Here is the 2025 ranking: Popularity: 1. Alpha Gamma Delta 2. Sigma Kappa 3. Alpha Delta Pi 4. Delta Zeta 5. Alpha Xi Delta 6. Tri Sigma Biggest Gain: Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Zeta Most Potential this Year: Alpha Xi Delta, Alpha Delta Pi Most in trouble: Sigma Kappa Here is the Rundown- Greek life is falling off for the most part. The way Greek life influences most people on campus is a fraction of what it used to be. It used to be socially important to be involved in order to be successful on campus but now things are shifting. However, sorority and fraternity life are now a tool to network and make friends. That being said, social order doesn’t change overnight. Alpha Gamma Delta has a big house, and notoriously have “popular girls”. That will probably stay true for the next few years. They have a lot of alumni support which is important for staying top house. Sigma Kappa is notorious for being that #2 spot, but funnily enough, they are becoming more and more weak as the years pass on. ZERO diversity. Horse girl Christian type that does seem boring and insufferable after a while. Pretty girls but even that is starting to not be enough. Alpha Delta Pi was my prediction years ago to be a true contender in shaking the house up and they absolutely have done so. They are a close knit group and I have been impressed with how they have grown massively on social media. Remember- they have the best retention rate out of every other sorority. They’re doing great with numbers, a potential house remodel… Greek life is a numbers game and they have the potential of rocking the boat with a huge rush week. Delta Zeta girls are sweet, compassionate and fun. They are involved and well known on campus. You don’t need to have the biggest house, fakest smile and a lot of money to join them. Their current officers are great women and I’m excited to see them shine. Alpha Xi Delta has pretty cool girls. They are INSANE at cheer and dance which was amazing when it was aired in October but now it’s so late in the year that people stopped caring. They are great in a lot of categories but they are described in one word… comfortable. They rebranded from this amazingly cool girl image to this Christian girl autumn vibe of a sorority which is fine!…. But boring. And then we have tri sigma… I think they are so sweet. They are kind, smart, and empathetic girls. Beautiful house. Unfortunately in the world of modern Greek times, it’s not enough at a campus as crude and pretentious as this one. So what’s the bottom line? Well Alpha Gam is top house. They are popular but that aura is fading and quickly. Sigma Kappa is complacent and rigid in ways that are unappealing to the post Gen Z societal norm. Alpha Delta Pi is hated by the top houses but I am here to speak the truth and the truth is that those girls are my picks to become the top 2 house this year. They truly have ignored the rumors and the hatred that has been spread to keep Alpha Gam on top. Delta Zeta has potential, Alpha Xi’s legacy is crumbling and Tri Sigma keeps shining in the back as they always have and probably(unfortunately) always will.
