Depends on the house, but generally you're looking for 'frat guys', essentially meathead dudes that pull and drink - though that's not always the case. If the guys in the house like you, they'll give you a bid. If they don't, then you're just plain out of luck. Try another house, you may find you fit in better there anyway! Don't get discouraged.
