Fraternities have sober dinners and events usually 2-3 times a week you just kinda have to ask around in your dorm to figure out when these things are. It sucks that UIUC doesn't require fraternities to openly publish these events on their website as it's often hard to find out when each frat has events but you just have to rely on word of mouth. Once you meet kids at one rush event you can talk to them about other houses they're rushing and expand your knowledge on other houses from there. Our Frat system is pretty disorganized
