Subject:
accurate and non-biased fraternity rankings - 2nd

Poster Message:
From the guy that brought you the original Accurate and Non-Biased Rankings post that got 400 thumbs up and 15 thumbs down, here is my new list after the new 19s have had some time to settle in. I WILL NOT be releasing another one of these until the end of next semester, so any other lists aren't made by me and most likely are self rankers. I'm in a middle-lower tier house with friends all over the greek system, and the reason this list is easy for me to make is that I know at least a couple girls in most of the houses, and I know guys in almost every house. The most significant changes from 3 months ago is that Betas are doing better and are no longer a lower-middle house (although I've noticed they do try very hard to social climb, but hey, it's at least working), Phi Psi has been doing very well, and Alpha Sigs has a very decent 19s class (but they haven't moved up a tier and their older guys are holding them back. We'll see how the 19s rush their next class). In addition, ATO has fallen off a bit and are no longer a de-facto top house, and Delts have cemented their status as a top house. Acacia has also been doing very well, and getting Theta makes me move them up a tier to top status. Sig Ep has been killing it too, although they remain the most hated frat by other frats. In terms of the lower houses, Sigma Nu and Pi Kapps are both doing well and could become lower-middle tier houses in a couple semesters if they rush well. List is first comment:
