First 5 on that list are First Tier, second 5 on the list are Second Tier. Within tiers, it is honestly very subjective depending on what is more important to you. Physical attractiveness, social life, grades, achieving sisters, history, prestigious alumns, nice building, money, size.....many variables. Although overall I would say Theta and DG have historically been the Top Two.
