if you guys want a good idea of what houses are good: sigs, pike, ato, sae, delts. these guys are top tier. acacia (not top but def better than their tier), sigep, phi delts, zbt, phi psi. fiji, aggers, sammies, and you could put some more here. the rest are all full of good guys who dont really care about ranking. though a lot of lower tier frats have guys who could/have gotten bids to top houses but decided to not join.
