It's not really that hard to grow if you just hand out bids to every dweeb that walks in the door. But it's the shortcut way. I would rather be in a house with let's say 60 guys where most of them are cool, than in a house with 100 guys where half of them are dorks. You are choosing lifelong friends, people forget that.
