Recruitment is a mess. Too many houses know which girls they want to join the house before recruitment starts. The houses spend so much time asking if you will live in the house. It was the main thing most people asked us last year. It was like they only wanted bodies to fill the houses. The houses do cut too many PNMs too quickly. Our recruitment counselors made snarky comments about many of the houses in that passive aggressive "it's a joke" way. I dropped after second round. It was exhausting and miserable.
