I don't think they do but I'm not entirely sure. If you know a girl in a house, especially if she's your close friend or family member, then she can put a good word in for you from the insider end. But in terms of letters of rec from people who are not active sorority members I'm not sure. I would imagine not as much weight as knowing someone who's currently a member.
