as a Delta Upsilon bystander, I have witnessed every bit of news from my more than friends. here’s what I know: Delts is looking to host Senior block at the palace, but they would need to take the liquor license from sigs. who already renewed theirs. seems that Delts has applied for their own, but their property does not qualify for it, since it is not fenced off. If Delts were to host senior block, they would be serving alcohol illegally and one police altercation could ruin them. On the bright side, they are in the middle of senior land and likely would not receive any complaints. Sigma chi is looking to keep senior block at their senior house, which has always held senior block. This location was built by Roland realty for senior block and is completely closed off. Regardless, deposits for senior block are due before school begins, so before we step foot on campus we will know where it is. Please invite DU wherever it ends up
