YES. Only thing is I don't know if I'd consider A Phi above the rest of the houses after them. I think this is the least dramatic, most accurate post out there. I think 18s pledge class will define whether DG should move down and ADPi should move up. DG still has good social and ADPi still has meh social. We will see.
