I have literally never seen DZ saying they are top tier. They have a sick brand new mansion and are growing, but still working on it and I think they realize it. Not a fan, but give them credit where due. Theta is still top, but not out of reach like 10 years ago. DDD has always been second tier, and still is. KD has not traditionally been top tier but seem to be doing pretty well at the moment.
