I dont even know where to start. For one, APhi and XO are polar opposites as far as vibe. (has nothing to do with "how good" they are) Opposite as far as extent of partying I would put DDD, APhi, and Phi Sig in the same row based on reputations as partiers. It's just way off - good on you for making an effort to see it a new way, though.
