SAE bacically took a bunch of the ex-Beta kids the first time Beta was kicked off campus. That was really the jump start, they sort of took Betas place. Delts were always good, just smaller in size. Dont know how they transitioned to being huge and taking back their house. Maybe someone else can help on this one.....
