Way off! Top is fine, generally. But maybe add Sig Ep and ZBT. Lambda, SNU, Pi Kapp, Psi U and definitely Theta Chi down. They are no better than the last row. Last row - not sure Delta Sig and TKE are even really active. And you missed a lot of better houses than them. It's like someone that doesnt know anything looks at prior lists and rearranges them. There's like 40 houses and you only listed 25. At least you didn't put Beta in there, lol.
