Go to the daily Illini article and simply read the sign — which is no longer there. 2) what you are saying is not true. there’s no building permit which is require to construct a home. If search the word “zeta” on Champaign’s site nothing comes up. If you search “delta” you get a lot of results for other houses and kappa delta who has a new house, but nothing about you. Also the address is still available to lease on Green street reality’s website. Please get better facts.
