But there does seem to be a correlation between rich alumni & beautiful physical houses. ATO, Betas, Phi Delts, Sigma Nu and Sigma Chi still reside in their original century-old houses. This comes from rich alumni bail outs during the occasional declines every house goes through in 25 years cycles.....The Betas of today were the ATOs of yesteryear etc..... Most other frats can't say this.
