do you guys not understand how rush or recruitment works at all? For panhel- all the pnms (potential new members) go through pref night basically this is where each girl picks there 3 preferred sororities.. then the next day each chapter gives out bids. 100% of the girls rushing will get a bid.. its up to them to accept or not. for IFC- its not the same rules. only the guys that we give bids to will get bids.. no rule for IFC where all 100% of the PNMS have to get bids..
