1: KDR - Freshman are allowed to rush in the spring and they will be back in the fall next year so after kids rush this spring they will be brothers. They are the top house still even though suspended all year. No one has been able to come close to throwing like they could all year. With their pre bid system expect a big PC and them being back on top in the fall. 2: Sammy - ATO - Sammy had all year to become the top frat at Temple and all they really did was keep their groupies and impress the freshman because that’s the only frat they know that threw parties. It’s looking like they will go back to their spot as 3rd best on campus. 2nd if ATO isn’t back. As for ATO, they have a strong new Eboard and have kept a low profile. They have battled adversity and still preserve a strong brotherhood. They are Temple’s 2nd best and in some opinions best frat. A good house to rush. 3: Pikapp - Hasn’t thrown in awhile but they are on good terms with all houses currently. Need a new house. Don’t live up to their national name but also not the worst. Grew this year because the freshman know them. 4: DChi - It helps they are neighbors with KDR and have a great national name. Their brothers take it seriously and they are looking to grow. Will probably overtake a few frats ahead of them in following years if they play their cards right. 4. Everyone else - These houses attract their own type of special and if you’re serious about Greek life don’t look there.
