The girls that join ESA do so because they get dropped by most of the sororities during formal recruitment. They get their feelings hurt that all the chapters you mentioned cut them. If they were like ZTA, ASA and GPhi, they would have gotten bids there and they wouldn't be bothering with a fake wannabe club. They would actually be Greek. If you want to join a sorority, wait for recruitment in the spring. Guys will sleep with them because they will sleep with anything but absolutely no one respects ESA.
