If you're a girl it's easy. If you're a guy... Make friends in classes, dorm building, etc, and then ask if they have access to parties and if you can tag along. Or join clubs that throw parties. Then pledge a frat second semester, or just keep doing what you're doing if Greek Life isn't your thing but you still wanna party (though I recommend you at least rush some frats to see if Greek Life could be for you).
