Sorry that this is still bothering you a week later. No one can really answer this for you because no one was listening to all of your conversations. The process is really a numbers game. It is very superficial. I have super cool friends that were cut by many of what are considered "top" chapters and know some dumb mean girls that got bids to higher tier chapters. It does not reflect on the quality of you as a person. Go to informal events for chapters that are having them in the fall. These are much more relaxed and present an opportunity to spend more time talking to girls. Good luck.
