<strong>Subject:</strong><br />Spring 2025 Fraternity Rankings<br /><br /> Poster Message:
1. Ka - Has consistently been good since the 1980s. They always have strong PC’s and many freshman come into Wofford wanting to be a KA, but rumor has it they already have their PC decided over the summer. They have strong alumni relationships and are very organized, and a good amount of people show up to all their events (Red Neck Wedding is their main event of the spring). Majority of KD’s (top sorority) hang out with KA. Finally, KA draws heavily from Columbia, especially the kids the graduated from Hammond. Also seem to have a close brotherhood. 2. Ksig/SAE - Depending on who u ask, some will say Ksig is #2, while others will say it’s SAE. Ksig is more similar to KA, as most of their guys are pretty southern/preppy. Got a small PC last year, but had a huge one this year, but larger PC’s are harder to manage, which ultimately resulted in them being shut down for a few weeks due to hazing allegations. However, they are back and are doing well. Girl wise, Zeta’s love them and a good number of tri-delts seem to hang with them too. SAE has a diverse range of guys, and they seem to be less southern compared to Ksig and KA. They got a small PC this year, but their junior class has 25 guys. Some of their big events our Swamp Water and Paddy Murphy, and a good amount of people show up to all of their events. Lots of Zeta’s hang with them, and KD’s seem to show up more often as they get older. Their bands tend to play less country music and more 70s/80s/90s music which I like. Finally, they seem to have a close brotherhood too. 3. Sig Nu - Most of the guys in Sig Nu don’t fit your typical “frat guy” stereotype. They are probably the nicest frat and usually get good numbers at their parties, especially at the beginning of the year. They tend to target the guy you wouldn’t think would rush a fraternity, which ultimately has allowed them to get good sized PC’s the last few years. Tri-Delts love them. Their petites tend to have more 2010s pop songs. 4. Pike - Sorry Pike. They got a good sized PC this year but PC 24’ started with 8 guys, and 4 of them dropped pretty early on in the rush process. The smallest frat of the five fraternities on campus, and have been consistently weird since the 1980s according to many alumni. I think Theta likes them? But there isn’t a sorority that is paired with them in the same way there is with other frats. Title 9 rumors circulate around their frat every year, but you never know if they are true or not. Their Beach Weekend was canceled this year too because of some sort of allegations around hazing.
