Top Tier -Phi Mu – Trendy, stylish, social, highly desired during rush. Known for being outgoing, polished, and popular. -Chi Omega (Chi O) – Friendly, high-achieving, well-balanced. Very respected and consistently a top pick for PNMs. -Alpha Delta Pi (ADPi) – Classy, composed, strong sisterhood, and high retention. Quiet confidence — less flashy but often called “the best” by insiders. Mid Tier -Kappa Delta (KD) – New (recolonized in 2023) but gaining fast popularity. Clean, aesthetic, and heavily recruited by nationals. -Zeta Tau Alpha (ZTA) – Philanthropy-focused (breast cancer awareness), social, and laid-back. Reputation can vary year to year but usually a solid pick. Lower Tier (But Still Involved and Loved) -Alpha Omicron Pi (AOII) – Known as sweet, genuine, and academic. Not always top of the PNM list at first, but a fan favorite by Preference Night. -Delta Delta Delta (Tri Delta) – Kind, service-oriented, and low-drama.
