Reputations of what seems to be the consensus top 6 frats (in no specific order) Pike- Typical frat boys, great relations but terrible house situation Chi phi- party animals, lots of fun brothers, but also douchey Phi psi- diverse, down to earth, tight brotherhood but a little smaller than other frats listed here Theta chi- all around solid, smart,and probably top house with everything considered, but has a decent amount of average guys/whimps Chi psi- dweebs that get used for their house, but have some cool brothers Pi kapp- pretty diverse, ton of brothers, party animals, wild and fun, but a fair share of tools.
