1.Pike- Don't have a house like Theta but gets the no.1 spot just bc the Theta brothers are literally dweebs. 2.Theta chi- Have best standing with school and have good house. 3. Chi Phi- Just took old Sig chi house and have good sorority relations that continue to get better. 4. Phi Psi- They're undergoing renovations for their house to make it a lot bigger which is huge bc their house size has been their main downfall. 5. TKE- Don't have much but are fun guys that know how to party. Just need their brothers to not stab anybody and they'll be fine. 6. Pi Kapp- kind of unknown but they have Best dage spot and can skyrocket with a couple strong pcs 7. DKE- Great basement and with a couple good pcs can become more relevant
