Top 10 with tdx, sig chi, and phi delt kicked off 1. Theta Chi - overall top now by default, still very bland 2. Pike - should be fine from the shooting but still no house, better bros than theta chi slightly 3. Skull - nice house and decent bros but on probation for a while 4. Kappa Sig - rising fast with the house but still have some weird brothers 5. Chi Phi - no house and falling fast 6. Phi Psi - same as kappa sig but crappier house 7. Chi psi - amazing house but way too snobby 8. TKE - no house, ok brothers 9. Sig Pi - don’t know much but seem ok 10.
