Nearly impossible for frats to get new houses. Yes, obviously they're ranking drops but a lot of top frats don't have lettered houses or barely use them - Sig chi, pike, chi phi, tdx. Now I'm hearing skull will be losing their house. Tke is decent without a house. I think phi delt resigned their lease so they're good. Theta Chi is good with their house, Kappa Sig owns theirs. Phi Psi has a decent house. And that's about it....sadly. i mean chi psi dke and aepi have houses but they're pretty crappy fraternities right now. I heard Sig Pi is tryna put letters on theirs I think but not sure if that's happening.
