I heard both of them won't be in their houses next year. Chi phi is taking SDT in a few years but not sure what they're doing in the meantime. Heard pike and zeta psi (where'd they come from?) are splitting 18 for next year but never confirmed, and skull is moving to TDX's current spot on Easton with TDX moving to some dump on Hartwell. Is all this accurate? And who's moving into skull's house for next year and what's Chi Phi doing for a house? Thanks
