pretty much, but I would still say (tbh) kappa chi o theta pi phi tri delt kd DG axo gamma phi in the tiers, it's really hard to say that one is really better than another. there are thetas I would much rather party with than some kappas, and there are kds I like more than a lot of pi phi.
