I currently attend community college in Spokane. Looking to join a frat but I'm unsure of the whole Greek system. I realize that being in a top tier isn't everything but I would like to join a house with a all around good reputation on campus. Also I would be transferring over as a sophomore or a junior, would it be bad to try to join as a junior?
