I would only make a bigger note that TKE(Nice weather) equates to top when it is warm. Delts are wet now, but we'll see how they come back. Probably will come back with major hype since it has been a half a semester since they have had a "real" party go on there. Theta Chi and dry are actually antonyms in the WSU dictionary so that will be interesting to see. The only thing I would change is add Pikes to the start of your Middle tier list by the TKE(in cold weather) as they started having some exchanges and biads last year which went off, but still aren't to where they once were.
