Sigma nu, having an additional entire house will probably help their recruitment a lot. DU has stepped up a ton also. Good social life (hosting some big parties), hanging with top sorities and getting good pledge classes for the past few semesters, definitely on the come up. Personally not a fan, but many people belive TKEs will also step it up. Cool, compressed backyard and porch that people like.
